I could almost miss exercising all together...and have...just trying to figure out comfort clothes for weather and possibly going in public after exercise!! Trust me! I need no help with excuses NOT to exercise, on some mornings! The comfort, cuteness, convenience, and affordable cost of these outfits eliminates that excuse all together!! lol. So, in some ways these outfits worn as my workout clothes, is good for my health!! It keeps me on my schedule!! lol. I just love them! And, they don't mention it, but when I do break a sweat (it happens on occassion! lol)
