Returned it and got a medium and it fit just right! The dress has no stretch but is still very comfortable. For reference I am 5’10, 160lbs, 34DDD, and normally wear a small.

This dress is beautiful. It is very thin, but not see through. I am curvy and it is stretchy, but it does show my rolls and dimples. The slit isn’t too high or revealing. Love it!
