No need for a bra (especially if you have size B boobies like me) or undies for that fact. The material is very stretchy, yet it looks tight on the body. The only thing I would mention to people that it wasn't as tight around my ankles as I would like. I was expecting it to be tight at the bottom like leggings are. I have washed it yet, but I'm hoping that it will be fine as long as I turn it inside out and do it by itself on a gentle cycle. Also, getting this off to go to the bathroom wasn't difficult either! Hope this helps others interested in this. It is definitely a head turner!
