They are not baggie on me, because I am thiccc thighs lol. I bought them in my normal size XL, they fit perfectly besides not being baggy. They are very stretchy, perfect length in flat shoes. Fit like a glove I love them

I’m thick so if you have thick thighs I recommend a large or xl but fits very nice
