I’m size 6 in pants. 5’4” and 115 lbs. I bought a medium. I could have gotten a small, I’m able to cinch to the smallest size but could go one more row smaller. Not great for tight solid dresses as it will show lines. But I like that it tightens where it needs to on my tummy

I have been using a lot of faja going back and forth from different ones but this one is the best it’s comfortable and it make me feel so good and that’s that I have two kids and I have a mommy pouch so this makes me feel amazing size L

This product was a great buy!!! I bought this product for my wife and based on the size chart she didn't think the biggest size would even fit but she bought anyway knowing her weight loss goals would allow her to fit the product soon enough. When she received the tummy control panties, it was a bit snug but it smoothed her out PERFECTLY!! After wearing them consistently over the last couple of weeks, I can already tell she has lost inches and the panties are fitting a bit looser. Now she will need to order to get a smaller size. I'm definitely going to continue buying my wife this product until her waist is SNATCHED!!!!

I'd first like to say that I LOVE my Waist trainer. I wore one yesterday and it was so very comfortable. Although I probably should have gone up a size since it's very snug at first (but I guess it needs to be... duh!), I am still very happy with the product. I'm also glad I purchased two of them because they are comfortable enough for ever day wear and this way I can hand wash and let it air dry and still have a fresh one for the next day. The only thing I would change on the ones I have is I'd have snaps on the crotch because using the restroom takes a while when trying to get in and out of the shaper. But all in all, I am truly very happy with the product.

What I like about it is that it is surprisingly supportive for the middle and upper waist and really helps to smooth everything out on the sides and back. The material seems to hit a max stretch point and just stays pretty firm after that.

The tab part in them is quite large, but the adhesive is strong, but doesn’t pull and hurt when you remove them. Wearing them with a body suit in the photo!

I promise there’s a belly tucked away in there! Love this! I’ve worn it all day teaching, out with friends, in all the seasons…. It’s the best. I wear a medium-large, am about 170 pounds, wear a size 10, and am 5’7.

No complaints! I buy this same adhesive bra before every vacation. It's pretty much invisible with a good lift.

I have small (B cup)but saggy breasts and they were able to lift them just enough to make’em look nice. Wore them for like 20+ mins while I was trying some clothes on and they stuck nicely. Not hurtful at all to remove. I’m posting some pics of me wearing them with diferent tops so you can see they don’t distort the shape of your boobs.
